Shipping, Returns, and Delivery

Shipping Policy

At this time, Einnod Interiors and Consignment only ships merchandise every Thursday. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern on Thursday will not be processed until the following week.

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, stolen packages, or packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. All claims should be filed with the associated delivery service.

We use a variety of shipping services which include:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx

International shipping is currently not available.

Return Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you would like to return an item please note that online returns must be requested within 14 days of the shipment date. Returned items must be requested and received within 30 days of the shipment date. Items received after 30 days will not be eligible for return.

To return your items, please securely pack and send to P.O. BOX 201 HUNTINGTOWN, MD 20639 along with the invoice number using your preferred shipping service. Einnod Interiors and Consignment will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly suggest tracking and insuring your items.

Once your items are received and inspected, your refund will be returned to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Einnod Interiors and Consignment reserves the right to deny returns that are damaged or used.

REQUESTING YOUR RETURN 

In order to request a return, please email info@einnod.com within 14 days of your shipment date.

FURNITURE, RUGS, AND OVERSIZED ITEMS

To return furniture, rugs and oversized items, please email info@einnod.com within 14 days of your delivery date. The purchaser will be responsible for associated shipping costs to return the item, however, Einnod Interiors and Consignments can arrange for courier service.

RE-CONSIGN

At this time, consigned items are not eligible for re-consignment. Please check back soon for updates on our consignment plan.

 

Delivery Policy

Furniture is only available for local delivery only within 60 mile radius. After checkout, a member from the EIC team will reach out to schedule your delivery.

 

Local Delivery Fees

Spend $50-$100  –  Delivery fee is $20

Spend $100.01 to $250  –  Delivery fee is $35

Spend $250.01 to $500  –  Delivery fee is $75

Spend $500.01 to $1500  –  Delivery fee is $100

Spend $1500.01 and up  –  Delivery fee is $150

 

Please note that Einnod Interiors and Consignment is currently an online only consignment. The address listed above is NOT a retail location open for customers.
